A Message from the President


Dear Marquette Woods Homeowners,

It is an honor to serve as President of the Marquette Woods Homeowners Association.

My family and I have been residents of this community since 2006, and it is a neighborhood I have cared deeply about for many years. Having also previously served as President, I understand both the responsibility of this role and the importance of strong, steady leadership.

My focus is on continuing to build a community that residents are proud to call home. That means working together to strengthen neighborhood connections, maintain high standards throughout the community, and preserve and grow our property values.

A strong neighborhood is built not only through rules and maintenance, but through communication, respect, and a shared commitment to the place we all live. I believe Marquette Woods is strongest when homeowners work together, take pride in their properties, and support what is best for the community as a whole.

I also want residents to know that I am open to feedback. Constructive input, ideas, and involvement from homeowners are valuable and help strengthen the community. At the same time, moving Marquette Woods forward requires thoughtful decisions, consistency, and a focus on the long-term success of the neighborhood.

I look forward to serving Marquette Woods and working together to keep our neighborhood a beautiful, welcoming, and desirable place to live.
